Honey Rosemary Nuts

Lately, I've been stepping up my workout routine, and that means I am always hungry for snacks. Sweet, salty, and wonderfully herbal, these nuts are the perfect snack for your busy routine. I love to make these on meal prep Sundays! There is no better feeling than eating something delicious and indulgent that is also healthy.


Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Potli raw honey

  • 1.5 cups cashews

  • 1 tbsp cane sugar

  • 1 tbsp ghee

  • 2 tsp finely chopped rosemary

  • 2 tsp sea salt

  • Pinch of cinnamon

Directions: Preheat oven to 375 F. Spread nuts on a baking sheet and roast until warm at center, approx. 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients in a separate skillet, heat on low. Remove nuts from oven and pour mixture over. Pop back in oven for 3-4 minutes. Let cool before enjoying.
